Most people agree that change is our only constant, but few agree on how to handle it. My passion for change management is often matched by my frustration with how it’s practiced.
Too often, the “human” element of a transition is buried under complex jargon and misaligned objectives. I believe change management should be transitional, simple, and impactful. On this site, I’m stripping away the fluff to address:
-
Context: Understanding that “change” means different things to different groups.
-
Participation: Moving from passive acknowledgement to active leadership.
-
Clarity: Distinguishing the goal from the process.
I won’t be posting “perfect” final thoughts. In the spirit of true growth, my posts will evolve in stages—just like the processes I advocate for. Small changes lead to bigger things.
